Terms and Conditions

Tour Booking

1. Booking any tour requires a minimum of two (2) passengers (PAX).

Payment Terms

1. Once the tour itinerary is defined, a payment of seventy percent (70%) of the total tour cost must be made.
2. The second payment, amounting to the remaining thirty percent (30%), must be made one (1) month prior to the start date of the tour.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. For cancellations made thirty (30) days prior to the start date of the tour, a refund of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount paid will be issued.
2. For cancellations made fifteen (15) days prior to the start date of the tour, a refund of fifty percent (50%) of the amount paid will be issued.
3. Cancellations are not permitted within fourteen (14) days prior to the start date of the tour. In the case of a late cancellation, no refund will be given due to commitments made with hotels, vehicles, and personnel.

Travel Insurance

1. The purchase of travel insurance is mandatory if the client books hotel services in addition to transportation.
2. If the client decides not to purchase travel insurance, it must be stated in writing.
