Terms and Conditions
Tour Booking
- Booking any tour requires a minimum of two (2) passengers (PAX).
Payment Terms
- Once the tour itinerary is defined, a payment of seventy percent (70%) of the total tour cost must be made.
- The second payment, amounting to the remaining thirty percent (30%), must be made one (1) month prior to the start date of the tour.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- For cancellations made thirty (30) days prior to the start date of the tour, a refund of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount paid will be issued.
- For cancellations made fifteen (15) days prior to the start date of the tour, a refund of fifty percent (50%) of the amount paid will be issued.
- Cancellations are not permitted within fourteen (14) days prior to the start date of the tour. In the case of a late cancellation, no refund will be given due to commitments made with hotels, vehicles, and personnel.
Travel Insurance
- The purchase of travel insurance is mandatory if the client books hotel services in addition to transportation.
- If the client decides not to purchase travel insurance, it must be stated in writing.
