General information about Bookroad Travel

We answer the main questions about our agency model, the scope of our services, and how to request a proposal.

We offer corporate travel management, DMC services in Spain, private and custom tours, flight and hotel bookings, transfers, incentive travel, bleisure experiences, and assistance throughout the trip. Each proposal is tailored to the destination, number of travelers, and specific requirements.

Yes. We work with companies, agencies and partners, groups, and private travelers. The scope varies in each case, from a single booking or transfer to the comprehensive coordination of the entire trip.

Spain is one of our main areas of expertise, particularly for incoming services, mobility, and tours. We also manage international travel and coordinate services outside Spain when required by the itinerary.

We provide personalized planning, a single point of contact, and human support to coordinate changes or incidents. We do more than issue bookings: we support the operation before, during, and after the trip.

You can send us the basic details through the contact form: dates, destination, number of travelers, and required services. We will review the operation and prepare a tailored proposal.

Quotes, booking, and changes

Every trip is quoted individually, with the applicable conditions clearly defined before confirmation.

We recommend contacting us as early as possible, particularly during peak season and for groups, major events, the Camino de Santiago, or ski resorts. We also handle urgent requests, although all services are subject to availability.

At a minimum, we need approximate dates, the destination or places of interest, the number of travelers, and the required services. Details about the preferred accommodation, departure point, and any special requirements help us prepare a more accurate proposal.

The proposal clearly details all included services and any items that are not included. Because every program is different, we do not use a generic list that could create confusion.

We review the available alternatives and the conditions of the booked suppliers. Costs or refunds depend on the fare and service, which is why the applicable conditions are communicated before confirmation.

Assistance, sustainability, and special requirements

Human support and tailored solutions for traveling with greater control and peace of mind.

Before the trip, we coordinate the bookings and itinerary. During the journey, we provide support for the contracted services and manage incidents. After the trip, we assist with any applicable administrative follow-up.
